Terms and Conditions of Submission to Trafficology.com

1. Trafficology.com reserves the right to edit any submission for
grammar, length or general construction, or to reject any submissions
that are deemed inappropriate, irrelevant or obvious, or for any reason
determined by Trafficology.com and P&D Marketing, LLC in its
sole discretion.

2. By submitting your idea(s) to Trafficology, you acknowledge
that if two or more individuals submit a similar idea, only the 
first person to submit the idea will be considered by the editor(s)
of Trafficology as a potential candidate for publication.

3. It is the sole discretion of Trafficology.com and P&D Marketing, LLC
to determine which, if any, submissions qualify for publication.

4. Neither Trafficology.com nor P&D Marketing, LLC makes any
guarantee or promise that your submission(s) will be used for 
publication in its "Trafficology" newsletter.

5. By submitting your idea(s) for inclusion in the Trafficology
newsletter, you hereby convey all rights to publish and distribute
the idea(s), in any manner that Trafficology.com and/or 
P&D Marketing, LLCsees fit in its sole discretion. By submitting your
idea(s) for inclusion in the Trafficology newsletter, you relinquish
all proprietary intellectual property rights associated with the 
submitted idea(s) and hereby convey unlimited, but non-exclusive
rights to the idea(s) to Trafficology.com, P&D Marketing, LLC,
its agents or assigns, for the purposes of publication and 
distribution of said idea(s).

6. By submitting your idea(s) to Trafficology.com, you agree to
hold harmless Trafficology.com, P&D Marketing, LLC, its officers,
employees and agents, in the event that your submitted idea(s) 
violate the intellectual property rights of others, including but
not limited to copyright, trademark, patent or proprietary rights,
and/or in the event that your submitted idea(s) causes damage, 
real or imagined, to any person, legal entity or the property thereof.
